Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming telephone calls, chats, and tickets
- Assist with order problems, exchanges, edits, and tracking
- Understand and resolve compliance issues in accordance with policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Completed Secondary Education
- Experience working in the insurance industry and customer service related work
- Basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Customer service skills and professionalism
- Good to have tri-lingual abilities in French, Spanish, and English
