Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with order problems, exchanges, edits, and tracking
  • Understand and resolve compliance issues in accordance with policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Completed Secondary Education
  • Experience working in the insurance industry and customer service related work
  • Basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Customer service skills and professionalism
  • Good to have tri-lingual abilities in French, Spanish, and English
