Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound dialing and enrollment campaigns for high-priority business programs
- Maintain knowledge of program-specific eligibility criteria and ensure high-quality member experiences
- Monitor personal performance against campaign goals and provide feedback for future strategies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months in a Member Engagement Specialist I role or equivalent experience in a metrics-driven environment
- Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish or Haitian Creole is a plus
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and tools during live calls
- Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Commitment to supporting a diverse and inclusive team environment
