Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative responsible for handling inbound client calls and related duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and categorize 100 to 150 inbound client calls according to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures relevant to the role
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, call center technology, or a related field
  • Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-keypad
  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM, with a typing test administered during the interview
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
