Key Responsibilities
- Receive and categorize 100 to 150 inbound client calls according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures relevant to the role
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of experience in customer service, call center technology, or a related field
- Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-keypad
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM, with a typing test administered during the interview
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
