Key Responsibilities
- Process medical record requests and provide status updates to patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
- Document inquiries and resolutions in software systems and maintain productivity and quality assurance standards
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while adhering to company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- One year of experience in data entry, medical records, healthcare, or insurance claims processing is beneficial
- Ability to pass annual HIPAA examination and a 90-day ROI Certification course
- Must provide a high-speed internet connection for remote work
