Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in operations, program/project management, or business operations within customer support or CX operations
- 2+ years of direct people management experience
- Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Experience in stakeholder management and building alignment across teams
