Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in operations, program/project management, or business operations within customer support or CX operations
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience
  • Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Experience in stakeholder management and building alignment across teams
