Job Summary

A company is looking for a Database Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure databases in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain relational databases, data warehouses, and ETL processes
• Secure database environments according to NIST and DHA standards, including data encryption
• Perform troubleshooting, tuning, problem diagnosis, and problem resolution as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience as a Database Developer or Administrator in a federal government agency environment
• Familiarity with cloud-based database platforms like AWS or Azure
• Active Security+ certification preferred
• Previous leadership experience highly desired
