A company is looking for a Dental Customer Service Representative to provide support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from providers and members regarding dental insurance issues
- Deliver customer service for routine inquiries and manage complex cases as needed
- Research and resolve customer issues using various company systems and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work full-time hours Monday-Friday during training
- Must have access to high-speed internet and be located in the United States or Puerto Rico
- Customer service experience preferred
- Experience in dental insurance or related fields is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in training or teaching is preferred
