Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to investigate and resolve client issues while maintaining communication throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound phone calls and chats, ensuring consistent delivery of procedures and scripts
  • Identify clients, collect relevant information, and create support tickets accurately
  • Assist clients with requests and provide basic/advanced technical support
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years' experience in a structured IT Support environment
  • 3+ years' experience in Customer Service roles
  • 1+ CompTIA certifications required
  • Expert knowledge of networking, computing, and business applications
  • Experience with remote support and network diagnostic tools
