A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to investigate and resolve client issues while maintaining communication throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls and chats, ensuring consistent delivery of procedures and scripts
- Identify clients, collect relevant information, and create support tickets accurately
- Assist clients with requests and provide basic/advanced technical support
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a structured IT Support environment
- 3+ years' experience in Customer Service roles
- 1+ CompTIA certifications required
- Expert knowledge of networking, computing, and business applications
- Experience with remote support and network diagnostic tools
