Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Emergency Roadside Telephone Responder.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer high volume incoming calls from AAA Members in need of Roadside Assistance, providing exceptional customer service
- Accurately input Member information and utilize online mapping tools to determine breakdown locations
- Provide clear information on service details, potential costs, and instructions to Members as needed
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting
- Stable, high-speed internet connection via Ethernet cable is required
- Successful completion of a three-week virtual training class
- Ability to work weekends, overtime, and/or holidays as needed
