- Represent the brand voice to current and prospective customers
- Deliver a memorable customer experience to build long-term relationships
- Manage customer relationships across multiple channels and track feedback
Required Qualifications
- Passion for pets and empathy towards dogs
- Experience in customer-centric roles (retail, food service, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university (preferred)
- Experience with pets or health-foods (preferred)
- Familiarity with customer service platforms like Gladly (a plus)
