- Educate customers on product and service offerings, explaining their value, features, and benefits
- Navigate billing systems to address customer inquiries and provide current and historical information
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Call center experience required; technology or cellular sales experience preferred
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, conflict resolution environment
- Motivated and able to work in a commission-driven sales environment
- Computer skills using Windows-based systems, including databases and billing systems required
