Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention Specialist to save and retain customers requesting to disconnect or downgrade service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize high-value selling skills to meet sales retention targets by retaining at-risk customers and rewarding loyal ones
  • Educate customers on product and service offerings, explaining their value, features, and benefits
  • Navigate billing systems to address customer inquiries and provide current and historical information
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Call center experience required; technology or cellular sales experience preferred
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, conflict resolution environment
  • Motivated and able to work in a commission-driven sales environment
  • Computer skills using Windows-based systems, including databases and billing systems required
