Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with customers on strategy and growth, managing delivery and program expectations to drive customer success
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of related experience, or Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience within the customer industry
- 3+ years of people management experience
- 3+ years of experience managing a consumption portfolio
- Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification
