Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers on strategy and growth, managing delivery and program expectations to drive customer success
Required Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of related experience, or Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience within the customer industry
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing a consumption portfolio
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification
