Senior Claims Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Specialist Sr who will assist in operational support and resolve claim issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to guidelines and regulations in Medicare, Commercial, and Health Insurance Marketplace
• Monitor and respond to inquiries related to claims and escalate issues as necessary
• Serve as a subject matter expert and assist with user acceptance testing and reporting

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED
• 1 year of claims experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• 2+ years of experience in claims, insurance, or healthcare is preferred
