Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Remote Patient Representative (Full-Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overflow support by answering and triaging incoming calls and messages from patients and stakeholders
- Assist with patient scheduling, including follow-ups for no-shows and cancellations
- Support central communications intake and follow-up through various mediums
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of medical receptionist or customer service experience and/or training
- Must be bilingual
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with scheduling systems and appointment management
