Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with residents regarding outstanding balances
- Verify accuracy of charges and maintain resident demographic information while ensuring compliance with relevant laws
- Coordinate with internal departments and complete departmental tasks and projects
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Experience with property management software (Yardi or One Site) and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
