A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist - Reception.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications with residents regarding outstanding balances
  • Verify accuracy of charges and maintain resident demographic information while ensuring compliance with relevant laws
  • Coordinate with internal departments and complete departmental tasks and projects
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Experience with property management software (Yardi or One Site) and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
