Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist I, Payor Partnership Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer live calls, chats, and emails from clinicians and clients
  • Collaborate with other teams within Customer Operations to resolve issues for stakeholders
  • Work with RCM and Engineering teams to address bugs and billing issues
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in healthcare billing
  • At least 1 year of experience assisting customers via phone, live chat, and email
  • Experience with health insurance and billing processes
  • Intermediate level of technical understanding
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
