Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialist I, Payor Partnership Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer live calls, chats, and emails from clinicians and clients
- Collaborate with other teams within Customer Operations to resolve issues for stakeholders
- Work with RCM and Engineering teams to address bugs and billing issues
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in healthcare billing
- At least 1 year of experience assisting customers via phone, live chat, and email
- Experience with health insurance and billing processes
- Intermediate level of technical understanding
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
