Developer Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Developer Analyst to collaborate on application documentation and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with payroll and employee process owners to document application defects and enhancements
• Configure, test, deploy, and maintain software, including creating and updating system documentation
• Gather and document business requirements and provide time and cost estimates for proposed changes

Required Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with UKG Pro Payroll and Workforce Management modules
• Ability with Dell Boomi and API integrations for UKG systems
• Knowledge of United States payroll laws and regulations
• Working knowledge of software development lifecycle methodology and basic project management concepts
