Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CMDB, ITSM, and CSDM best practices
• Implement and support Configuration Management processes in alignment with business needs
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications, particularly in security and IT operations

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong expertise in CMDB, ITSM, and CSDM modules
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications required
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and security application integrations
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
