DevOps Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevOps Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers across multiple cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines
• Drive automation initiatives and collaborate with product and engineering leaders to enhance deployment practices
• Guide infrastructure-as-code practices and oversee observability tooling and alerting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role
• Proven experience managing and deploying Kubernetes workloads in production
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Helm
• Hands-on experience with containerization, CI/CD platforms, and cloud deployment strategies
• Proficiency with observability stacks like Grafana and Prometheus
