Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Artificial Intelligence - Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Evolve and communicate the enterprise AI strategy in collaboration with stakeholders
• Direct the design, development, deployment, and integration of AI products into core business workflows
• Build, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of AI professionals and manage vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related technical discipline
• 12+ years of experience in data, analytics, or AI leadership roles, with at least 5 years in senior management
• Deep expertise in modern AI/ML techniques and operationalizing AI at scale
• Experience in defining and executing AI roadmaps aligned to business strategy
• Hands-on knowledge of MLOps, AIOps, and cloud-native AI deployments
