Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Business Development (Medical Communications) to drive Medical Communications services.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up meetings with key decision makers to identify and close opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and account development plans
- Manage the sales process, including proposal writing and pricing negotiations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7-10 years of experience in sales of Learning and Development or Medical Communication services to the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas exceeding $2M
- Experience with eLearning modules, training videos, and other related services
- Familiarity with SalesForce for pipeline management preferred
