Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the RevOps team, driving accountability and alignment through effective operating rhythms
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years in Revenue Operations or related fields within high-growth B2B SaaS, with 3-5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven success in supporting SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments
  • Experience in building forecasting models and analyzing complex metrics
  • Direct experience managing RevOps teams and contractors
