Key Responsibilities
- Deliver visibility into lead generation and conversion, standardizing sales processes and reporting
- Create standardized renewal and expansion playbooks, improving account health scoring and churn prediction
- Lead and mentor the RevOps team, driving accountability and alignment through effective operating rhythms
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years in Revenue Operations or related fields within high-growth B2B SaaS, with 3-5 years in a senior leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven success in supporting SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments
- Experience in building forecasting models and analyzing complex metrics
- Direct experience managing RevOps teams and contractors
