Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the GTM enablement strategy linked to business priorities and revenue outcomes
- Drive onboarding and ramp programs to accelerate productivity and shorten time-to-quota
- Oversee sales enablement and knowledge systems, partnering with GTM leaders to align enablement with strategy
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in GTM enablement, sales training, or revenue leadership, preferably in enterprise SaaS
- Experience designing, scaling, and measuring programs impacting ramp time and quota attainment
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and enablement best practices
- Analytical mindset with experience in building and reporting on enablement metrics
- Familiarity with enablement tools is a bonus
