Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Employer Renewal Specialist to manage group health insurance renewals for business clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the group health insurance renewal process, including client communication and proposal preparation
  • Build and maintain relationships with business clients, serving as their primary contact for renewal inquiries
  • Identify upselling opportunities for additional coverage based on clients' needs and manage a group book of business
Required Qualifications
  • Health & Life Insurance license required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in group health insurance and B2B sales
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and upselling additional coverage
  • Experience managing group health insurance renewals and preparing proposals
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office Suite; Salesforce experience preferred
