A company is looking for a Sales Manager, Emergency Management & Fire/EMS.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Strategic AEs selling into Emergency Management and Fire/EMS agencies nationwide
- Drive GTM strategy, vertical-specific messaging, and pipeline creation in an emerging business segment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor demos, value propositions, and onboarding for this vertical
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of sales or GTM experience, including public safety software or emergency management technology
- 2-4+ years of experience in sales leadership or team development in high-growth environments
- Familiarity with key buyers in Emergency Management and Fire sectors
- Experience closing complex software deals involving RFPs or state/federal procurement pathways
- Ability to inspire trust with both technical and operational audiences
