A company is looking for a Partnerships Lead - Banking & Capital Markets for the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive partner acquisition by signing mutually exclusive deals with priority partners
• Develop and execute joint business development strategies to enhance revenue growth and brand visibility
• Manage day-to-day relationships with key partners, focusing on tokenization and TradFi operations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in banking, capital markets, or related fields
• Experience in business development and partnerships within institutional finance
• Strong relationship management skills with institutional clients and partners
• Proven ability to thrive in a startup or fast-paced environment
• A passion for integrating traditional finance with blockchain technology
