A company is looking for a Regional Manager - Prenatal, Great Plains (MN, IA, SD and ND).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy and business plan for market growth in the Great Plains region
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team to execute sales strategies and optimize profitability
- Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives while enhancing customized pitches to healthcare professionals
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular diagnostics, specifically in Women's Health or Prenatal Diagnostics
- Proven track record of hiring, developing, and motivating sales teams to achieve ambitious goals
- Strong negotiation, closing, and data analysis skills with a successful sales history
- Ability to assess the needs of healthcare professionals and coordinate consultative sales efforts
- Desire to work in a startup environment and build a new territory and team
