Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales and Product Trainer to join their Enablement team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver new hire training programs and facilitate live and virtual training sessions
• Create and maintain a library of scalable training assets and track training effectiveness
• Establish KPIs for training impact and gather feedback to iterate training programs

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related role within SaaS or marketplace environments
• Strong facilitation and instructional design skills for engaging audiences
• Proven ability to translate complex product features into customer-facing value messaging
• Experience using enablement and training platforms such as Sana, Gong, and Highspot
• Data-driven mindset with comfort in measuring and reporting training effectiveness
