Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in revenue retention or finance in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of subscription and ARR/MRR metrics in K-12 or public sector
- Exceptional financial modeling skills and experience with business intelligence tools
- Proven track record of reducing churn and increasing net revenue retention
