Key Responsibilities
- Define the sales strategy, build playbooks, and establish repeatable processes for lead generation and closing
- Drive top-of-funnel activity, manage opportunities through the pipeline, and facilitate CRM hygiene
- Recruit, hire, and mentor high-performing sales talent while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- A track record of consistently exceeding quotas and scaling revenue
- Experience with $50,000 - $500,000 ACVs
- Strong operational skills in building processes and teams from scratch
- Comfort with ambiguity and resource constraints in a startup environment
