Key Responsibilities
  • Define the sales strategy, build playbooks, and establish repeatable processes for lead generation and closing
  • Drive top-of-funnel activity, manage opportunities through the pipeline, and facilitate CRM hygiene
  • Recruit, hire, and mentor high-performing sales talent while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • A track record of consistently exceeding quotas and scaling revenue
  • Experience with $50,000 - $500,000 ACVs
  • Strong operational skills in building processes and teams from scratch
  • Comfort with ambiguity and resource constraints in a startup environment
