Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual planning and monthly forecasting processes, including analysis and presentations for executive and Board review
• Prepare monthly reporting packages with financial statements, KPI reporting, and analysis of key business trends
• Develop and monitor the company's annual budget and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely completion

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance experience in corporate FP&A or investment banking
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of GAAP
• Experience with corporate M&A
• MBA and/or significant experience in corporate Finance/FP&A preferred
