Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A, P&L.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and forecasting, including expense planning and variance analysis
• Serve as a strategic business partner to executives, providing data-driven insights and preparing presentations
• Develop and lead a high-performing FP&A team while refining operational practices and forecasting processes

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3-5+ years in an FP&A leadership role
• Experience in a private equity-backed SaaS company with skills in financial modeling and forecasting
• Proficiency with financial planning tools and ERP systems
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong leadership and project management abilities
