A company is looking for a Director of Growth and Retention Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Executive Vice President and Strategic Growth Team
- Act as a liaison and key point of contact across departments for the Growth and Retention teams
- Assist in tracking and delivering strategic initiatives, managing project plans, and executing key organizational events
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience supporting executives, preferably in a matrixed organization
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in hospitality, entertainment, or event management sector is a plus
- Comfortable working across time zones and flexible with availability beyond regular hours when needed
