Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Growth and Retention Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Executive Vice President and Strategic Growth Team
  • Act as a liaison and key point of contact across departments for the Growth and Retention teams
  • Assist in tracking and delivering strategic initiatives, managing project plans, and executing key organizational events
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience supporting executives, preferably in a matrixed organization
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Prior experience in hospitality, entertainment, or event management sector is a plus
  • Comfortable working across time zones and flexible with availability beyond regular hours when needed
