A company is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead onsite experimentation and drive full-funnel optimization across the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap for the website and landing pages
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to identify conversion barriers
- Analyze results and document test plans to foster a culture of experimentation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or growth experimentation roles
- Proven experience with A/B testing tools such as VWO or Optimizely
- Strong working knowledge of GA4 and behavioral analytics tools
- Expertise in test planning and prioritization frameworks
- Familiarity with UX best practices and conversion-centered design
