Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Growth Partnerships - Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with payroll service providers and fintech companies
• Manage existing partnerships and ensure alignment with business goals and performance indicators
• Oversee partner activation processes and coordinate cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in payroll, partnerships, or business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of payroll systems, compliance, and HR technology
• Proven ability to manage complex operational lifecycles
• Experience in data-driven leadership and performance reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred)
