A company is looking for a Director of Growth (Sales) to drive revenue growth and build a dedicated sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategic business opportunities in alignment with organizational goals
- Build and mentor the inaugural Growth team while managing performance to meet sales objectives
- Oversee the sales funnel and ensure alignment of sales strategies with the company's mission and values
Required Qualifications
- 10-12+ years of experience leading a sales function in a high-growth organization, preferably in technology
- Extensive knowledge or connections in the Progressive nonprofit sector or Democratic politics
- Proven success in cross-functional leadership with product, marketing, and customer service teams
- Strong operational mindset with experience in streamlining processes and implementing scalable systems
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and managing sales processes in a CRM, ideally HubSpot
