Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Growth (Sales) to drive revenue growth and build a dedicated sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute strategic business opportunities in alignment with organizational goals
  • Build and mentor the inaugural Growth team while managing performance to meet sales objectives
  • Oversee the sales funnel and ensure alignment of sales strategies with the company's mission and values
Required Qualifications
  • 10-12+ years of experience leading a sales function in a high-growth organization, preferably in technology
  • Extensive knowledge or connections in the Progressive nonprofit sector or Democratic politics
  • Proven success in cross-functional leadership with product, marketing, and customer service teams
  • Strong operational mindset with experience in streamlining processes and implementing scalable systems
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making and managing sales processes in a CRM, ideally HubSpot
