Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in startups and high-growth environments with P&L ownership
• Fluency in acquisition, lifecycle/CRM, product-led growth, and performance marketing
• Mastery of measurement frameworks and strong modeling skills
• Hands-on experience using AI for experimentation and predictive insights
• Proven ability to codify learnings into scalable frameworks and systems
