Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial sales strategy aligned with company goals
- Partner with marketing to design and launch targeted campaigns and educational programs
- Continuously assess program performance and pivot strategies as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in commercial strategy or sales leadership in healthcare or related fields
- Experience in the prenatal space with MFMs or OBGYN is a plus
- Proven track record of successful go-to-market strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
