Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in growth, RevOps, BDR/SDR operations, or demand generation with significant wins
- Strong process optimization and account-based signal expertise
- Familiarity with data sources and GTM tools such as Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong
- Ability to turn data into insights and predictive models
- Proven collaborative leadership skills to align teams around growth goals
