Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager who will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing programs that drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a holistic growth plan spanning paid, organic, and partnership channels to meet pipeline and revenue targets
- Oversee campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels; continuously optimize for CAC, ROAS, and lead quality
- Track KPIs, generate insights, and iterate quickly to improve performance
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Proficiency in paid media platforms, SEO best practices, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, HubSpot)
- Data-driven decision maker with a bias for action and a test-and-learn mentality
