DeFi Growth Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DeFi Growth Manager to lead the growth and adoption of DeFi protocols on Unichain.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive DeFi growth on Unichain by leading initiatives for protocol launch and scaling
• Develop and execute tailored liquidity strategies and mining programs across Superchain ecosystems
• Lead efforts for interoperability and liquidity across Superchain chains

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in DeFi, crypto partnerships, or product growth
• Deep understanding of DeFi protocols and onchain liquidity in EVM-based ecosystems
• Strong knowledge of Uniswap v4 and Superchain interoperability
• Experience in designing and executing liquidity mining or incentive programs
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale initiatives
