Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Engineer (Growth Marketer).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automated workflows for lead generation, pipeline management, and customer onboarding using automation tools
- Implement data quality processes and manage CRM hygiene across all GTM platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies and manual tasks
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in building and managing automated workflows in a SaaS or technology organization
- Proficiency with modern CRM systems and at least one no-code/low-code automation platform
- Experience with scripting or advanced data work (TypeScript, Python, SQL, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance monitoring and process optimization
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, quantitative, or business field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
