Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the growth strategy across performance marketing to scale customer acquisition
- Set and manage acquisition targets, forecast performance, and optimize ROI across channels
- Build and manage a high-velocity experimentation loop to test creative and audience segments
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in growth and performance marketing, particularly in paid social and paid search
- Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple channels including Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Experience in customer acquisition strategy and execution, ideally in a B2B context
- Strong expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user journey design
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a focus on experimentation and learning
