Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the PLG growth strategy to enhance customer acquisition, activation, and expansion
- Build and scale product-led growth loops using in-product usage and referral mechanics
- Optimize onboarding and activation processes while collaborating cross-functionally to improve customer journeys
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in growth, product, or marketing roles within B2B SaaS, with experience in PLG or freemium funnels
- Deep knowledge of growth loop design and full-funnel optimization
- Strong background in experimentation with a high testing velocity culture
- Fluency in data tools and experience building analytics capabilities
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI/ML for growth acceleration
