Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Growth and Partnerships to expand its impact across the West Region by building relationships with school partners and funders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities through strategic planning and outreach
  • Engage with district leaders to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Manage the sales process, including proposal creation and negotiations, to secure partnerships
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a full sales cycle role in education
  • Proven success in consultative selling with public school systems or charter networks
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze data for strategic recommendations
  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce and HubSpot, is preferred
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage complex work streams effectively
