Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities through strategic planning and outreach
- Engage with district leaders to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Manage the sales process, including proposal creation and negotiations, to secure partnerships
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a full sales cycle role in education
- Proven success in consultative selling with public school systems or charter networks
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze data for strategic recommendations
- Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce and HubSpot, is preferred
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage complex work streams effectively
