Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging
- Manage and develop a team of lifecycle marketing specialists while overseeing copywriting strategy and campaign messaging
- Analyze campaign performance and design messaging to guide customers through onboarding and engagement
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in full-funnel customer journey lifecycle marketing or CRM
- 4+ years of experience managing a lifecycle marketing team
- 1+ year of experience with B2C lifecycle marketing strategies across various channels
- Hands-on experience with lifecycle tools and platforms
- Proven track record of improving customer conversion, retention, and engagement through marketing automation
