A company is looking for a Member Communications Specialist to support effective communication strategies and enhance member engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver print and digital member communications, including development and QA testing
- Track and analyze print requirements and fulfillment to improve operational efficiency
- Continuously evaluate and improve communication strategies to enhance member engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 2+ years of experience managing complex projects and meeting deadlines
- Prior experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or health plan environments preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Salesforce; familiarity with digital communication tools preferred
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
