Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Communications Specialist to support effective communication strategies and enhance member engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver print and digital member communications, including development and QA testing
  • Track and analyze print requirements and fulfillment to improve operational efficiency
  • Continuously evaluate and improve communication strategies to enhance member engagement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 2+ years of experience managing complex projects and meeting deadlines
  • Prior experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or health plan environments preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Salesforce; familiarity with digital communication tools preferred
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
