Key Responsibilities
- Lead Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) analysis and refinement, collaborating with Sales and Product teams
- Develop advanced marketing metrics and analytics frameworks to optimize the customer journey
- Establish comprehensive analytics for customer lifecycle performance and develop actionable dashboards and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in marketing analytics or operations, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven expertise in measuring marketing performance across various channels in an Enterprise B2B environment
- Advanced proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data visualization tools
- Expert-level skills in SQL; experience with Python or R for statistical analysis is a strong plus
