Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Medical Affairs Strategy and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the VP of Medical Affairs and lead planning cycles for Medical Affairs initiatives
• Oversee budget management and operational metrics to ensure compliance and effectiveness
• Manage operational leadership for various programs and vendor relationships within Medical Affairs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related, scientific, or business discipline; advanced training in project management preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years in Medical Affairs operations or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
• Proven success in leading Medical Affairs programs and managing teams
• Experience in project management, budget oversight, and process optimization
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for Medical Affairs
