A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to oversee revenue processes, systems, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Revenue Operations function, including strategy, planning, and process optimization
- Lead revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting for the executive team
- Manage and mentor a high-performing Revenue Operations team
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales, or Finance Operations, with at least 2 years in management
- Proven experience in building and scaling RevOps functions, particularly with CRM systems
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and CPQ administration, data governance, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills in revenue forecasting and pipeline management
- Bachelor's degree or higher
